- Hand grips
- Start by focusing on hand placement on hand strength
- Circle pass
- have the players form a circle, face out and pass the ball around clockwise, then counterclockwise.
- Focus on one movement, quick hands, pass in front.
- Poor passes or drops = 5 push-ups, this creates a break in the line, and players need to communicate the skip pass.
- Challenge the team to 3 loops with no drops and move on to the next drill
